At Dialora ("we", "us", "our") we aim to make your experience with our Voice AI services (the "Services") as seamless as possible. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and easy to understand. Please read below to understand your options regarding cancellations and refunds.
All plans come with a 7-day free trial, including 500 minutes and full access to Starter features—no credit card required upfront.
If you decide Dialora isn't for you during the trial, simply don't proceed to a paid plan. No charges apply, and no action is needed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard on www.dialora.com.
Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
We do not offer refunds for unused portions of your billing cycle unless required by applicable law (see Section 4).
Payments for monthly subscriptions cover the upcoming month of service. Once the billing cycle begins, refunds are not available for that month.
If you subscribe on April 1st and cancel on April 15th, your service continues until April 30th, and no refund is issued for the remaining days.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 14-day period following your purchase, unless required by law.
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your annual subscription start date, contact us for a full refund—no questions asked. This applies only if you notify us before the 14-day period ends.
No partial refunds are provided for the remaining months, but you can cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the year.
In regions with mandatory refund rights (e.g., the EU's 14-day cooling-off period for digital services), we comply fully. If you're in such a region, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, even after the trial, provided you haven't used the Services extensively.
If Dialora fails to deliver the Services as promised (e.g., prolonged outages beyond our 99.9% uptime SLA for Enterprise plans), we may offer a prorated refund or credit at our discretion. Contact us to discuss.

We'll review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Overage fees for minutes beyond your plan's allowance are non-refundable, as they reflect actual usage of the Services. Usage details are available in your account dashboard. Costs associated with third-party phone numbers (e.g., Twilio) are managed separately by you and are not refundable by Dialora.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after updates signifies acceptance.
