At Dialora ("we," "us," "our"), we’re proud to offer Voice AI services (the "Services") that help small businesses thrive. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using our Services responsibly. By accessing or using Dialora, you agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Dialora’s Services are designed to automate and enhance customer communications for legitimate business purposes, such as customer support, appointment scheduling, and sales outreach. Any use outside these intended purposes may be considered a violation of this AUP.
You’re welcome to use Dialora in ways that align with its purpose and comply with all applicable laws. This includes obtaining and configuring a phone number through a third-party provider (e.g., Twilio) to enable voice functionality. Examples of acceptable use include managing customer inquiries with Voice AI agents, scheduling appointments, or providing support via calls routed through your third-party number.
Unauthorized Communications: Sending unsolicited calls or messages (e.g., spam) without prior express consent, in violation of the Telephone Consumer.Protection Act (TCPA) or similar regulations. Using the Services without a properly configured third-party phone number is also prohibited.
Attempting to bypass third-party phone number provider requirements or using unverified numbers.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of Dialora complies with all applicable laws, including telecommunications (e.g., TCPA, GDPR), privacy, and anti-spam regulations. This includes securing and managing a phone number through a third-party provider (e.g., Twilio) and adhering to their terms.
To keep our Services safe, reliable, and legal, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Using Dialora for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international laws, including fraud, harassment, or illegal telemarketing.
Recording calls without proper consent where required by law (e.g., two-party consent states in the USA). Users must enable call recording notifications as mandated.
Reselling or redistributing the Services without explicit written permission from Dialora, unless under an Agency plan with white-label rights.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Dialora complies with all applicable laws, including telecommunications (e.g., TCPA, GDPR), privacy, and anti-spam regulations.
Obtain and document prior express consent from call recipients where required (e.g., for marketing calls).
Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
Oversee your subaccounts (if applicable) to ensure they adhere to this AUP.
We may monitor usage to enforce this AUP but are not obligated to do so.
If we suspect a violation, we may investigate and take action, including:
Dialora is not liable for damages resulting from your misuse of the Services.
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it to us at team@dialora.ai with details (e.g., account name, nature of violation). We’ll review and respond within 5 business days.
We may update this AUP as needed. Changes will be posted here and effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after updates signifies acceptance.
